Just over 30% of Germans (red bar) agree it is very important to “respect the country’s traditions.”

 

The difference between those scoring highest and lowest on PPS when it comes to respecting German traditions is significant. Fifty percent of Germans with the highest PPS say it is very important to “live in a country where people respect the country’s traditions.” By contrast, around one quarter of Germans  with the lowest PPS agree that this is very important.
